These daily disposable toric lenses are part of CooperVision’s ‘Clariti’ brand of contact lenses.

TYPE OF LENS:

Clariti 1 Day Toric are daily disposable toric lenses that must be removed at the end of the day and disposed of. You then simply open a fresh pack in the morning and insert the new lenses. These lenses are also very handy if you only wear contacts occasionally (e.g. when playing sports or for special occasions).

MATERIAL:

Clariti 1 Day Toric lenses are made from Somofilcon A, a breathable silicone hydrogel that has a relatively high water content of 56%. This lens material has the highest water content of any silicone hydrogel lens currently on the market. Thanks to this high water content these lenses deliver the required amount of oxygen to your eyes, which help to make these lenses more comfortable to wear and less likely to irritate your eyes. Ideal if your eyes are dry or sensitive.

TECHNOLOGY:

Clariti 1 Day Toric lenses use the following technology:

WetLoc technology – A lens design innovation that makes the lens more hydrophilic so that it attracts and binds water molecules to the lens, creating optimum wettability.

Clariti 1 Day Toric contact lenses are also available for those with long and short-sightedness (Clariti 1 Day) as well as for those with presbyopia (Clariti 1 Day Multifocal).
